Hi Jill,

My work has also slowed to a trickle over the past year, and the change came very abruptly. I’d had on of my best quarters ever and then boom: from last June to now my income has dropped by nearly 25%. My suspicion is that, since our work is completely dependent on the German economy, the ongoing euro crisis is probably the real culprit—and not anything you or I did or tweeted or blogged

It’s depressing, but I think it will ultimately get better. Your idea of a vacation sounds like a good one. Enjoy!

Thanks, Jill, for the info. My financial prejudice wasn’t very high and I had given up the idea to get back any money, but I didn’t like to think that such behaviors remain unpunished. Thanks to you, I am now perfectly ok.

Sorry, Arlette, but it appears there is no solution. She’s in jail, so most likely she won’t be paying any of her outstanding debts.

I am a Belgian tranlator and I performed a medical translation from Dutch into French on request of Touareg in October 2010. Despite a lot of recalls, I was never paid. I would be very grateful if you could help me in providing me some track to find a solution.
